The questions
we hear most.

Do you charge for the first visit?
No. The site walk is 90–120 minutes, no charge, no obligation. We charge a $1,500 design fee only if you decide to move forward into a full plan set — and that fee gets credited back against your invoice if we do the work.
What's your minimum project size?
Roughly $25,000 for residential. We'll happily do smaller projects for past clients. Below that we'll usually point you toward a smaller crew we trust — sending a six-person crew to a 200-square-foot patio doesn't serve anyone.
Do you sub out the work?
No. Excavation, base, stone, walls, lighting, fire — it's all our crew. Gas-line connections and electrical mains are the only things we hand off, and only to two licensed partners we've worked with for nine years.
How far out are you booked?
Typically 8–14 weeks. Pool deck and pool-coping work peaks in fall and winter. Driveways and patios are more flexible. We'll tell you our real start date in the first conversation.
