Evaluation

We visit your property, walk the space with you and listen. We look at grade, drainage, sun, views, utilities and how you want to use the yard.

Deliverable: Walk-through notes on the site conditions that affect design and cost.
Design in 3D

We turn the conversation into a design you can see. You look at it from every angle before anything is built, so changes happen on screen instead of in the dirt.

Deliverable: 3D renderings with material and finish options shown in context.

Finalization

Once you approve the design we lock down the details: materials, finishes and a schedule. You know the scope and what happens when before work starts.

Deliverable: A written scope and a construction schedule.
Construction

We build to the plan: excavation and base, structures, hardscape, lighting, turf and planting. We keep the site clean and keep you posted as it comes together.

Deliverable: A final walk-through to review the finished space.
